Jay P. Zavada

Jay P. Zavada is the Vice President of Global Relationship Marketing at Disney Parks. In this role, Jay oversees all activity done in conjunction with internal and external partners, who include other divisions of the Walt Disney Company, media entities, Corporate Alliance partners, and other third parties that align with our marketing goals. Jay’s responsibilities include developing partner-driven marketing strategies for the Disney Parks portfolio, and driving collaborative programs that deliver key marketing objectives while fostering mutual creativity and innovation.

Jay has over 25 years of marketing experience that extends across several different industries and business environments. Prior to this role, Jay held executive roles with Disney in Global Special Events, Global Marketing Strategy, Brand Marketing, and Disneyland Paris. Before coming to Disney, he was Vice President of Marketing for Day-Timers Inc., a Fortune Brands Company. He has also held Brand Management roles at Johnson & Johnson and Heinz Foods.

Jay has a B.S. in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is originally from Ashley, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Windermere, FL with his wife and three sons where he is an active member of his church and local community.
